Can dogs and cats wear pawcha necklaces?

Our first necklaces are for dogs and cats. Please check the fit and supervise your pet while they wear one. They are accessories, not restraints or leash attachments.

How do I choose a size?

Measure around your pet's neck where the necklace will sit, and leave room for a comfortable fit. We are finalizing measurements for each style before they go on sale. If you're unsure, reach out through our Contact page.

How does my order help rescue dogs?

Every necklace helps feed a shelter dog. We're working out the details of our rescue support and will share where it goes before the store launches.

Can I nominate a rescue organization?

Yes! Please see our Nominate a Rescue page to submit.

Can I return it?

For hygiene reasons, we don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges of pet-worn necklaces. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, email hello@pawchapet.com, within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo if available. We'll review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law.
